During the summer of 2016, I visited Corsica, France, to attend the International Exhibition.It was my very first time traveling abroad. I was captivated by the beauty of Bastia, an old city facing the Mediterranean Sea.

 

This experience inspired me to capture the view on canvas.

My international career began since then. Bastia on the Corsica is a special place in my heart, as it feels like a second home to me as an artist.

 

The title of this work, "Ringrazia," means "Thank you" in the Corsican language."
